Ha! There's so many dealer techs that have no clue how to diagnose a car. All they know is how to change parts - at your expense. It was a problem 22 years ago when I got out of the dealership (top rated Dodge tech) and has gotten worse from what I hear.

All the joints in the driveshaft makes me have flashbacks to pickups with carrier bearing issues. I hope this does not become a bad problem down the road.
